Uplifting Turmeric Coconut Latte

serves 2 // ~4 mg THC; 10 mg CBD per serving

15 oz. coconut milk (double check ingredients, no additives please)
1 cinnamon stick
2, 1 in orange peel
1/2 inch ginger root, peeled
1 tsp black peppercorn, whole
1 tbsp turmeric, ground
1 scoop collagen peptides (I use this one)
1 tsp maca powder
1 cup fresh drip coffee (optional)
1 tbsp cannabis-infused honey (I use this one)

top with:
1 dropper full spectrum CBD by ONDA Wellness (MCT oil-based tincture)
dash of ground cinnamon

1. In a small saucepan, combine coconut milk, cinnamon stick, orange peel, ginger root, turmeric, and black peppercorn. Bring to a gentle boil then turn heat down to medium-low and simmer for 20-30 minutes. Stir occasionally to make sure the milk isn’t burning.

2. Strain out plant material and return liquid to stovetop. On medium heat, add maca, collagen peptides, fresh coffee, dash of orange juice, and honey. Stir and warm up for about one minute.

3. Add straight to your cup or for more of a latte-styled texture + foam, add mixture to blender or French press. Blend for a few seconds to create foam, or if using a French press, pump mixture until you reach desired amount of foam.
